Birdie Petersen					[Photo]

Birdie Marie Hebert Petersen, 98, a native of Bayou Black and resident of Houma, 
died at 4:38 a.m. Sept. 22, 2005.

Visitation will be 9 a.m. to noon Friday at Chauvin Funeral Home in Houma. A 
Liturgy of the Word will be held at noon Friday at the funeral home chapel, with 
burial at St. Anthony Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Abel and Julia Bergeron Hebert; 
brothers Crimer and Abel Hebert; sisters Margaret Stewart, Cecile Gustin and 
Madora Combe.

She was a retired buyer with The Emporium.

She was a parishioner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church.

Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
