Claudette Lefort

Claudette Lasseigne Lefort, 67, a native and resident of Cut Off, died at 10:12 
a.m. Sept. 17, 2005.

Visitation will be until 1:30 p.m. today at Our Lady of Prompt Succor in Golden 
Meadow. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 1:30 p.m. today at the 
church, with burial in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Cut Off.

She is survived by her sons, John N. Lefort and David B. Lefort and wife, Patty; 
grandchildren, Haley Guidry, Eric Lefort, Lacey Lefort and Alaina Lefort; and 
sisters, Laura L. Cheramie of Lake Charles, Belle L. Mayon of Morgan City and 
Ouida L. Guidry of Cut Off; and grandchildren, Haley Guidry, eRic Lefort, Lacey 
Lefort and Alania Lefort.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny B. Lefort; and parents, 
Alphonse and Ida Duffy Lasseigne.

She was a parishioner at Our Lady of Prompt Succor.

Falgout Funeral Home of Galliano is in charge of arrangements.

Claudette Lasseigne Lefort, 67, a native and resident of Cut Off, died at 10:12 
a.m. Sept. 17, 2005.

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated Wednesday at Our Lady of Prompt Succor 
Catholic Church in Golden Meadow, with burial in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Cut 
Off.

She is survived by her sons, John N. Lefort and David B. Lefort and wife, Patty; 
sisters, Laura L. Cheramie of Lake Charles, Belle L. Mayon of Morgan City and 
Ouida L. Guidry of Cut Off; and grandchildren, Haley Guidry, Eric Lefort, Lacey 
Lefort and Alania Lefort.
