Visitation will be 5 to 10 p.m. Thursday and 8 to 11 a.m. Friday at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Gheens. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday at the church, with burial at the church cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Bychurch Dominique; sons John and wife Mary Kliebert Dominique and Carlo Dominique; brother Peter Joseph Dominique; sisters Delta D. Orgeron and Emma D. Foret; and grandchildren Jared Michael Dominique and Nicole Ann Dominique. He was preceded in death by his parents, Felix Joseph and Madeline Josephine Orgeron Dominique; and sisters Elvira Comardelle and Dorothy Dupre. He was a parishioner of St. Anthony Catholic Church. He was a member of the Gheens Volunteer Fire Department Fire Department, he was a third degree Knight of Columbus, a project leader at the Gheens Community Center and Gheens Recreation Center, he was a member of the Gheens Library Committee and a member of the board of directors for Lafourche Fire District No. 2. He was retired from Dow Chemical. Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
