James Jamison Jr.					[Photo]

James Jamison Jr., 50, a native and resident of New Olreans, died Sept. 3, 2005 
in Atlanta, Ga., in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.

Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at Nelson Chapel AME Church in 
Napoleonville. A religious service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the 
church, with burial at the church cemetery.

He is survived by his mother, Rose Lee Jamison; sons, Jeremy Jamison of 
Thibodaux, James III and Damien Taylor of New Orleans; daughters Jessica and 
Jerrica Toney and Courtney Taylor, all of New Orleans; brothers Joseph and 
Darrell Jamison of New Orleans; sisters Sandra Watson of Napoleonville, Gail 
Newmon and New Orleans and Linda Thomas of Gramercy; four grandchildren; and 
other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Jamison Sr.

Williams and Southall Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
