Joyce Pierce						[Photo]

Joyce Cheramie Pierce, 71, a native of Golden Meadow and resident of Cut Off, 
died at 12:27 p.m. Sept. 21, 2005.

Visitation will be 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church 
in Cut Off. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Friday at 
the church, with burial at the church cemetery.

She is survived by her husband of 54 years, E.J. Pierce; sons, Keith and Kipp 
Pierce; daughters Darlene Vega and Stacie Bellanger; brother Ralphton Cheramie; 
sister Loretta Galjour; grandchildren Dawn and Danielle Pierce, Billy Bellanger 
Jr., Carly Plaisance, Sophia Pierce, Deke Bonvillain and Bryan James; and great-
grandchildren Meranda Plaisance, Dylan Rousse, Abbey Griffin, Brenden Freil, 
Tahj Bonvillain and Jaely Plaisance.

She was preceded in death by her parents Hubert and Elise Lefort Cheramie.

She was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
