Jules Flakes Jr.					[Photo]

Jules Flakes Jr. 75, a native and resident of Thibodaux, died Sept. 24, 2005.

Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Friday at Moses Baptist Church in Thibodaux. A 
religious service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the church, Burial will be 
in the church cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Eula Mae Flakes of Thibodaux; sisters Louella F. 
Rhodes of Detroit, Mich., Dorothy F. Davis, and Martha Flakes of Thibodaux, 
Mercedes F. Winston, and Mary F. Williams of New Orleans; brother Lawrence 
Flakes of Thibodaux; and godchildren Clarence Beamon Jr., Ava Washington, and 
Hester Dorsey.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jules Sr., and Elizabeth Flakes; sister 
Eula Pearl F. Reado; and brothers Raymond Flakes Sr., and Eddie Flakes Sr.

He was a member of Moses Baptist Church Choir. His hobbies included working in 
his garden, and watching baseball games.

Kennedy Funeral Home of Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
