Richard Reysack Jr.

Richard George Reysack Jr., 80, a native of Applington, Iowa, and resident of Arabi, died.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. to noon Thursday at Samart Funeral Home in Raceland. 
He will be cremated.

He is survived by his son Richard G. Reysack III; daughter Jody Reysack 
Davenport; step-daughter Jackie Joiner; eight grandchildren;a nd six great-
grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Emma Lou Cox Reysack; second wife, 
Jean Elsie Armstrong Reysack; parents, Richard and Rosalie Labin Reysack; 
daughter Donna Argrave; brothers Manual and Joseph Reysack; sisters Grace 
Limings and Dorothy Hommersant.

He was Lutheran. He was a veteran of World War II. He was retired and enjoyed 
gardening.

Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
