Rosa Richard

Rosa Mae LeBlanc Richard, 79, a native and resident of Labadieville, died at 11 
p.m. Sept. 26, 2005.

Visitation will be 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Landry's Funeral Home in Labadieville 
and 9 to 11 a.m. Friday at First United Methodist Church in Thibodaux. A 
religious service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the church, with burial at 
St. Philomena Cemetery in Labadieville.

She is survived by her sons, Glen Richard and friend Dale Callegan; Larry and 
wife Charlene W. Richard, Dean and wife Shari H. Richard and Danny Richard; 
daughter, Linda and husband Tommy Daniel; brother Ray LeBlanc; sisters Margaret 
Hebert and Betty Benoit; grandchildren Donald, Lance, Dodi, Taylor and Megan 
Richard; and great-grandchildren Haleigh and Peyton Richard.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rudolph "Butsy" Richard; parents, 
Augustin and Lydia Thibodaux LeBlanc; brothers A.J. LeBlanc Jr., Hubert and 
Roland LeBlanc; and sister Joyce LeBlanc.

She loved flowers, cooking and attending church at First United Methodist in 
Thibodaux.

Landry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
