Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, with burial at the church cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Wilma Robichaux Pellegrin; son, Roger "Dale" Pellegrin' sister, Louella Pellegrin Guidry of Galliano; seven grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Victor Sr. and Clavia Authement; son, Ronald Pellegrin; brothers, Earl Sr. and Victor Pellegrin Jr.; sisters, Mildren P. Authement and Thelma P. Adams; and granddaughter, Brittany Porche. He was a boat captain and owner for Texaco Oil Company for 50 years. He was a third-degree Knight of Columbus and a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
