Angelina Verdin					[Photo]

Angelina Creppel Verdin, 79, a native of Bourg and resident of Chackbay, died at 
5:45 a.m. Oct. 8, 2005.

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at 11 a.m. today at Our Lady of Prompt 
Succor Catholic Church in Chackbay, with burial at St. Ann Cemetery in Bourg.

She is survived by her husband, Miguel Verdin; sons and daughters-in-law, Lucien 
and Bobbie Verdin of Bayou Vista, Philip and Sue Verdin of Summerfield, Charles 
and Cheryl Verdin of Chackbay and Randy Verdin of Chackbay; daughters and sons-
in-law Anna Mae and Roy Perreonne of Thibodaux, Regina Candies of Thibodaux, 
Mary Anne and O'Neal Verdin of Montegut, Loraine and Neal McLelland of 
Summerfield, Ella and Mickey Thurman of Homer, Kathy Sweet of Summerfield; 
sister, Delia Soley; 26 grandchildren; and 45 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Marie Creppell; five 
brothers; and two sisters.

She had a deep faith and love for God. She loved her family.

She enjoyed cooking, gardening, laughter and life.

Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
