Calvin Eschete						[Photo]

Calvin A. Eschete, 66, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Chauvin, 
died Oct. 25, 2005.

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at 11 a.m. today at St. Ann Catholic 
Church in Bourg, with burial at the church cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Pat Elliot Eschete; mother, Hilda Foret Eschete; son 
Joe Walter Eschete; brothers Magnus Jr. of Chauvin, Charles of Oak Creek, Wis., 
Gary of Silverdale, Wash., and John Eschete of Houma; sisters Rosalie Bascle of 
Bayou Dularge, Debora Hotard of Houma and Iris Bergeron of Houma.

He was preceded in death by his father, Magnus Eschete.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army National Guard. He served for 11 ½ years.

He was a retired boat captain for LeBouef Brothers Towing.

Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
