Evelyn Rogers						[Photo]

Evelyn Gaston Rogers, 59, a native of Chauvin and resident of Houma, died at 6 
a.m. Oct. 13, 2005.

Visitation will be 4 to 9 p.m. today at Samart Funeral Home in Houma and 9 a.m. 
to 1 p.m. Tuesday at St. Louis Catholic Church in Houma. A Mass of Christian 
burial will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the church, with burial at Garden 
of Memories Cemetery in Gray.

She is survived by her son Corey Rogers; daughter Stephanie LeBouef; brother 
Melvin Gaston; and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold J. Rogers; parents, Magnus and 
Elsie Stringer Gaston; and sister Norma Savoie.

She was a member of St. Louis KC Auxiliary.

She enjoyed bingo.

Donations to the family for services are preferred.
