Gertrude Hoffman

Gertrude T. Hoffman, 89, a native and resident of Thibodaux, died at 4:25 p.m. 
Oct. 6, 2005.

Visitation will be held Saturday from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Co-
cathedral in Thibodaux. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 a.m. 
Saturday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Irving Hoffman; and sisters Jenora Acosta and 
Marianne Boudreaux.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Stanislas and "Marie" Bourg Thibodaux; 
brothers Walderman Joseph Alfred Thibodaux and Alfred Woodrow Thibodaux; and 
sisters Nellie Thibodaux and Madeleine Legendre.
