Visitation will be 4 to 10 p.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday at Chauvin Funeral Home. A prayer service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home chapel, with burial at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Gray. She is survived by her husband, Emmett W. Burnley Jr. of Gray; sons Terry W. Burnley of Gray, Clayton P. Burnley of Houma and Darren J. Burnley of Gray; daughters Lori A. Sagona of Houma, Charlotte L. Smith and Marilyn K. Chauvin of Gray; brothers Louis P. Valure II of Bourg, Chester and Ronnie Valure of Houma; sisters Della V. Prejean, Diana V. Campbell of Houma, Sandra V. Bergeron of Thibodaux, Kathy V. Whited of Houma and Debra Valure of Bourg; 18 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis P. Valure I and Virginia Dryden Valure; brothers Randolph LeBauve and Gerode E. Valure; and sister Florence Catherine Valure. She was a homemaker. Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
