Janice Brown						[Photo]

Janice Marie Brown 38, a native and resident of Thibodaux, died Sept. 27, 2005.

Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at Moses Baptist Church in 
Thibodaux. A religious service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the church. 
Burial will be at the Halfway Cemetery in Gray.

She is survived by her fiance, Michael Landry of Thibodaux; parents, Gertrude 
and Gilbert Brown of Thibodaux; daughters Jamie Brown of Schriever and Miesha 
Brown of Thibodaux; son Edward Brown of Fort Campbell, Ky.; sister Joyce Marie 
Tillman of Thibodaux; brothers Fredrick Brown of Slidell, Leroy Brown and 
Leonard Brown of Thibodaux and Gilbert Brown Jr., of Columbus, Ga.; and four 
grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son David Reed Brown Jr., grandparents Laura 
Miller Victor and Chris Victor, and Alma Winslow Brown and Joseph Brown.

She was Baptist. Her hobbies included cooking and shopping.

Kennedy Funeral Home of Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
