Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at Antioch Baptist Church in Des Allemand. A religious service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with burial at Shellmount Cemetery in Des Allemand. She is survived by her husband James Junior Mott Sr. of Des Allemand; sons, James Mott Jr., Reginald Daron Mott Sr. and Gregory Jarmaine Mott, all of Des Allemands; daughter Felicia Annette Mott Polly of Des Allemands; brothers George Sullivan of Gulfport, Miss., and Eugene Jones of Hammond; sisters Linda Sullivan of Paradis, Rose Chapman of Hahnville and Ida Kinchen of Marrero; nine grandchildren; and one great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents Eugene Jones and Mary Louise Sullivan; and sisters, Mary Sullivan, and Audrey Jones. She was a member of Antioch Baptist Church and served on the Usher Board and was a member of the Pastor Aid Committee. Her hobbies included sewing and knitting. Kennedy Funeral Home of Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
