Marion Dionne

Marion Joseph Dionne, 71, a native of New Iberia and resident of Thibodaux, died 
at 7 a.m. Oct. 14, 2005.

Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph Life Center in Thibodaux. 
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, 
with burial at St. Marcellus Cemetery in New Iberia.

He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Rita Boutte Dionne; sons Craig and Ray 
Dionne; daughters Tena Tate and Wanda MacLane; and 12 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Rynella Hebert Dionne; and 
brother Eldridge Dionne.

He was retired from Freeport MacMoran after 34 years of service. He was an avid 
golfer and fisherman.

Donations to the American Heart Asssociation are preferred.

Landry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
