Patricia Falterman

Patricia Oncale Falterman, 83, a native of Napoleonville and resident of 
Thibodaux, died at 1:30 p.m. Oct. 1, 2005.

Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. John the Evangelist Church in 
Thibodaux. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday at 
the church, with burial at a later date at the church cemetery.

She is survived by her son, Mark Steven Falterman; daughters, Bonnie F. Swiler, 
Peggy F. Plakatos and Mary Elizabeth F. Shaver; brother Taylor "Doodie" Oncale; 
sister, June Blanchard; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rooks J. Falterman; parents, Taylor J. 
and Mary Parr Oncale; and brother George Oncale.

She was active at St. John the Evangelist and in the choir.

Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
