Thelma Billiot						[Photo]

Thelma Lucille Savoie Billiot, 75, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of 
Larose, died at 12:23 p.m. Sept. 30, 2005.

Visitation will be held Wednesday at Chauvin Funeral Home. Contact the funeral 
home for times. A religious service will be held Wednesday at the funeral home 
with burial at Southdown Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Clifford J. Billiot of Larose; son David Billiot 
of Larose; stepson Bobby Sloan of Pointe-aux-Chenes; stepdaughter Hedy Rojas of 
Houma; brother Aaron "Jimmy" Savoie of Avondale; sisters Vivian Prosperie of 
Montegut, Mollie Falgout of Bourg and Barbara Lanier of Montegut; five step-
grandchildren; and four step-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Elias and Lucille Levron Savoie; one 
step-grandchild, one step-great-grandchild; brothers, Clifton, Louis, Harold and 
Elias Savoie; sisters Rita Prosperie, Lela Savoie, Elma DeMulder, Bonnie Belle 
Savoie and Mary Belle Savoie.

Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
