October 07. 2005 12:00AM Trinette Boatner Trinette Michelle Amos Boatner, 34, a native and resident of Labadieville, died Sept. 29, 2005. Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at New Belmont Baptist Church in Labadieville. A religious service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at the church, with burial at the church cemetery. She is survived by her husband, Ira Boatner of Labadieville; parents, Donald and Matilda White Amos of Labadieville; sons Donshea Ameche Amos, Qwendel Amos, and Trayon Boatner of Labadieville; daughters Shinette M. Amos, Iraneka J. Amos, and Matilda Q. Amos of Labadieville; and sisters Cherise Deneen Cooks, Monice Amos, Mary Dean Smith, and Angela Stephens. She was preceded in death by her sister Lydia Amos Johnson; brother Elijah Darren Cooks III; and grandparents Lester and Matilda Marshall White, Mark Edward and Ruby Knockum Amos. She was a member of New Belmont Baptist Church and served on the junior usher board. Kennedy Funeral Home of Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
