Victor Tabor						[Photo]

Victor M. Tabor, 93, a native and resident of Chackbay, died at 5:15 p.m. Oct. 17, 2005.

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at 10 a.m. today at Our Lady of Prompt Succor 
Catholic Church in Chackbay, with burial at the church cemetery.

He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law Donald J. and Jan H. Tabor; daughter and 
son-in-law Kitty T. and Lester "Butch" Waguespack; grandchildren Wayne Tabor, Crystal 
Tabor, Ashley Tabor and Stacy Waguespack; and great-grandchildren Hunter Ponvelle, 
Madison Tabor and Carley Tabor.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Hortancia Thibodaux Tabor; parents, James and 
Cecile Ponvelle Tabor; brothers Wilson, Edward, Medward and Elie Tabor; and sisters 
Victoria Tabor Morvant and Beatrice Thibodaux Tabor.

Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
