Alvin Savoie

Alvin Joseph Savoie, 79, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Gray, 
died at 10 p.m. Nov. 25, 2005.

Visitation will be 6 to 10 p.m. today at Falgout Funeral Home Chapel and 9 to 10 
a.m. Tuesday at St. Louis Catholic Church in Houma. A Mass of Christian burial 
will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the church, with burial at the church 
mausoleum.

He is survived by his wife, Olive Rita Dupre Savoie; daughters Maria Whittle and 
Elsie Savoie; brother Earl Savoie; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-
grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Bernice Hebert Savoie; and 
brother Howard Savoie.

He was a parishioner of St. Louis Catholic Church.

Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
