Williams Jr., 55, a native of Belle Rose and resident of Houston, Texas, died Nov. 17, 2005. Visitation will be 2 to 4 p.m. Friday at Williams and Southall Funeral Home in Napoleonville and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at First Israel Baptist Church in Belle Rose. A religious service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the church, with burial at the church cemetery. He is survived by his wife Cynthia P. Williams; son Walter Martin of Houston, Texas; father Cornelius E. Williams Sr. of Belle Rose; sisters Letty Parker and Cynthia Williams of Belle Rose and Betty Bailey of Yonkers, N.Y.; brothers Vincent, Stanley and Rodney Williams, all of Belle Rose; aunts Enola Morris, Maxine Reed, Vivian, Olga and Marion Mitchell; uncles Charles Mitchell and Harding Williams; and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother Mercedes Williams. Williams and Southall Funeral Home of Napoleonville is in charge of arrangements.
