Elma Folse

Elma Laurent Folse, 94, a native and resident of White Castle, died.

Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Wilbert Funeral Home in 
Plaquemine. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Saturday at 
Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in White Castle, with burial at the 
church cemetery.

She is survived by sons Raymond J. and Richard J. Folse of Thibodaux; sisters 
Doris Sanchez of Belle Rose and Enola Rivet of White Castle; brothers Ralph 
Laurent of Plaquemine, Clifton Laurent of Addis and Lloyd Laurent of St. James; 
four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard J. Folse; and brothers Milton, 
Noe Jr., Herbin and Steve Laurent.

Wilbert Funeral Home of Plaquemine is in charge of arrangements.

Elma Folse

Elma Laurent Folse, 94, a native and resident of White Castle, died Nov. 10, 
2005.

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Our Lady of 
Prompt Succor Catholic Church in White Castle, with burial at the church 
cemetery.

She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law Raymond J. and Marie Vicknair 
Folse and Richard J. and Stella Hymel Folse, all of Thibodaux; sisters Doris 
Sanchez of Belle Rose and Enola Rivet of White Castle; brothers Ralph Laurent of 
Plaquemine, Clifton Laurent of Addis and Lloyd Laurent of St. James; 
grandchildren and their spouses Todd Folse and wife, Lisa, Michelle Folse, Anna 
Molaison and husband, Jeremy, Richard J. Folse Jr. and wife, Dawn; and great-
grandchild Catherine Elise Molaison.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard J. Folse; parents; and 
brothers Milton, Noe Jr., Herbin and Steven Laurent.

Wilbert Funeral Home of Plaquemine is in charge of arrangements.
