Gratien Dempster					[Photo]

Gratien J. Dempster, 75, a native of Des Allemands and resident of Kraemer, died 
Nov. 13, 2005.

Visitation will be 8 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Lawrence the Martyr Catholic 
Church in Kraemer. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. 
Wednesday at the church, with burial at the church cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Alida Cortez Dempster; sons and daughters-in-law 
Alex P. and Deanna Molaison Dempster, Jason T. and Andrea Dupre Dempster; 
brothers Celestine and Jerry Dempster; grandchildren Kimberly Arcement, Clinton 
Dempster, Thomas Dempster and Ashley Dempster; and great-grandchildren Riley and 
Alexcia Arcement.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Bertha Matherne Dempster; 
brothers Horace, Gillas, Morris, Antoine and Tex Dempster; sisters Marie Crochet 
and Lucy Dash.

Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
