Henry Melancon

Henry Camille "H.C." Melancon, 79, a native and resident of Labadieville, died 
at 1 p.m. Nov. 21, 2005.

Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at St. Philomena Catholic Church 
in Labadieville.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the church, 
with burial at the church cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Marian Battaglia Melancon; sons and daughters-in-law 
Camille John and Penny E. Melancon, Henry Whitney and Laurie C. Melancon; one 
grandchild; and three step-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Camille T. Melancon and Bridgette 
Boudreaux Melancon; brothers Whitney C. and Edward Melancon; and sister Edith 
Melancon Hebert.

Landry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
