Hilda Parks

Hilda B. Parks, 87, a native and resident of Raceland, died at 8:12 a.m. Nov. 7, 
2005.

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at 11 a.m. today at St. Mary's 
Nativity Catholic Church in Raceland, with burial at the church cemetery.

She is survived by her son Harold Parks Sr.; daughters Patsy Baudouin and Sharon 
McClain; sister Yvonne Plaisance; nine grandchildren; and 18 great-
grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonce Parks; parents, Sylvester and 
Clara Morvant Parks; brothers Walter, Sidney, Wallace and Gaston Benoit; and 
sister Bridget Giroir.

She was a parishioner of St. Mary's Nativity Catholic Church.
