Ned Couvillion						[Photo]

Ned Joseph Couvillion, 53, a native of New Orleans and resident of Violet, died 
Aug. 29, 2005.

A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at St. Mary Magdalene 
Catholic Church in Metairie.

He is survived by his wife, Gayle Schick Couvillion; parents, George Couvillion 
and Angele Couvillion Baer; sons and daughter-in-law Christopher George and 
Bambi Foret Couvillion and Ryan Michael Couvillion; brother Albert Couvillion; 
sister April Sonnier; and grandchild, Abigayle Dominique Couvillion.

He was a parishioner of St. Mark's Catholic Church in Chalmette.

He was a member of the Knights of Columbus Rummel Council 5747 and a fourth-
degree Knight of St. Bernard Assembly 2181.

Donations to Children's Hospital or the Diabetes Association are preferred.

Falgout Funeral Home of Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
