Rita Bobley						Picture

Rita Wilson Bobley, 78, a native of New Orleans and resident of Houma, died at 
11 p.m. Nov. 19, 2005.

Visitation will be 5 to 10 p.m. today at Chauvin Funeral Home in Houma and 8:30 
to 11 a.m. Tuesday at Holy Family Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial 
will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, with burial at the church 
cemetery.

She is survived by her sons Julius and Ronald Feet, Michael Dean of Houma and 
Malcolm "Dino" Dean of Grand Caillou; stepson Robert Bobley; daughters Vivian 
Carlos, Ethel Foret, Charlotte Accordo, Cynthia Wadsworth, Mona Dion and Cheryl 
Parfait; stepdaughters Michelle Saucier, Karen Beechler and Lisa Bobley; sister 
Frances Parfait; 37 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-
grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Bobley; parents, Wallace Wilson 
and Claudine Fitch Wilson; son Merlin "Tiny" Feet; daughter Tessie Dean; 
brothers Lindsey Smith and Irving Wilson; sisters Juanita Roma, Ophelia Solet, 
Eunice Pierre and Agnes Wilson; and two great-grandchildren.

She was a nurse's aide for Terrebonne General Medical Center, Leonard Chabert 
Medical Center and West Jefferson Hospital.

Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
