Ruth Brignac

Ruth Usey Brignac, 66, a native of Thibodaux and resident of Gramercy, died at 
5:30 p.m. Nov. 27, 2005.

Visitation will be 6 to 9 p.m. today and 8 to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Rose Lynn 
Funeral Services in Lutcher. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 
a.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Paulina, with burial at the 
church mausoleum.

She is survived by her sons "Rocky," "Tiger," "Shorty," Dale and Mark Brignac; 
daughter Debra Bourgeois; brothers Daniel and Earl Usey; sisters Wilma U. 
Melancon, Janice U. Deshotel and Carol Ann U. Delcambre; 22 grandchildren; and 
two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Norris A. Brignac Sr.; parents, 
Charles Usey Jr. and Cecilia Malbrough Usey; brothers Sidney and Charles Usey 
Jr.; and sisters Amy U. Lassaigne, Dorothy U. Landry and Peggy U. Chaisson.

Rose Lynn Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.
