Theodore Blanchard					[Photo]

Theodore "Theo" Joseph Blanchard, 18, a native of Houma and resident of Chauvin, 
died Nov. 3, 2005.

Visitation will be 4 to 10 p.m. today and 8 to 10 a.m. Saturday at the Knights 
of Columbus Chapel in Chauvin. A religious service will be held at 10 a.m. 
Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with burial at the church cemetery.

He is survived by his mother, Stacey T. Guidry Blanchard; father and stepmother, 
Timothy J. Sr. and Patricia Blanchard; brothers Timothy "T.J." Blanchard Jr., Ty 
Blanchard, Sam Pugh; sister Megan Blanchard; stepsister Laci Lyons; grandparents 
Shirley and Durey Blanchard; great-grandmother Viola Carrere; and other 
relatives.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents Stelay Carrere, Murphy and 
Viola Pellegrin.

Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
