Ordone, 74, a native and resident of Houma, died at 7:20 a.m. Friday, April 15, 2005. Visitation will be from 4 to 10 p.m. Sunday at Chauvin Funeral Home and from 8:30 a.m. to funeral time Monday at Annunziata Catholic Church. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the church, with burial in Holy Rosary Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Inez Collins Ordone of Houma; two sons, James Ordone and wife, Cynthia, of Houma, and Don Rodrigue and wife, Denise, of Thibodaux; three daughters, Emma Ordone of Joaquin, Texas, Zelma Louviere of Lake Charles, and Bernadette Dumond and husband, Weldon, of Houma; five stepsons, Walter Guidry and wife, Christine, Roy Guidry and wife, Debra, of Montegut, Robert Guidry, Randy Guidry and wife, Michele, of Houma and Adam Guidry and wife, Lisa, of Lafitte; three stepdaughters, Judy Bookenberger and husband, Eugene, Debbie Beck and husband, Howard, of Montegut and Susie Guidry of Waterloo, Iowa; three brothers, Chester Carlos, Clarence Carlos and Wilbert Carlos of Chauvin; three sisters, Clara Babin, Stella Lirette and Jean Carlos of Chauvin; 44 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his former wife, Marie Labous LeBouef; his parents, Oscar Ordone and Emma Authement Ordone; and one daughter, Rose Ordone. He was a retired carpenter and roofer and a member of the Knights of Columbus of Annunziata. He was a parishioner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
