Annie Duplantis					[Photo]

Annie Mae "Mrs. Bill Theriot" Duplantis, 92, native and resident of Chauvin, 
died 6:25 a.m. Friday, April 8, 2005.

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to funeral time today at the Knights of Columbus 
Hall in Chauvin. Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. today at St. Joseph Catholic Church 
with interment in the church cemetery.

She is survived by two sons, Gerald Joseph Duplantis and his wife, Judith, and 
Duffy James Duplantis Sr. and wife, Doris, of Chauvin; one daughter, Billie Ann 
Matherne and husband, Terry, of Chauvin; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-
grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Duffy Joseph Duplantis; her parents, 
Fred Theriot and Lucille Fangue Theriot; one grandson, Logan Paul Naquin; three 
brothers, Eustus, Albert and Elby Theriot; and one sister, Lucille White.

She was a homemaker and a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She was a 
member of St. Joseph Ladies Altar Society and the Council of Aging in Chauvin.

Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
