Howard Mills Sr.

Howard "Heavy" Mills Sr., 79, a native of Paincourtville and resident of Belle 
Rose, died March 29, 2005.

Visitation will be 2 to 5 p.m. today and 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at Williams and 
Southall Funeral Home in Donaldsonville. A religious service will be held at 11 
a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with burial at Ascension Catholic Church 
Mausoleum.

He is survived by his daughters, Carolyn Bozeman of Hartford, Conn., and Lydia 
Mills of Belle Rose; sons, Russell Mills of Napoleonville, Glenn Mills of 
Donaldsonville and Wade Mills of Klotzville; brothers, Morrell and Herbert Mills 
of Paincourtville and Ruben Mills of Ewellville; sister, Melissa Nelson of 
Klotzville; 14 grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ivory and Clemonse Holloway Mills; 
wife, Elouise Mack Mills; son, Howard Mills Jr.; six brothers; and two sisters.

Williams and Southall Funeral Home of Napoleonville is in charge of 
arrangements.
