Laura Scioneaux					[Photo]

Laura Marie Faucheux Scioneaux, 57, a native and resident of Vacherie, died at 
1:58 p.m. April 27, 2005.

Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Friday at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church in 
Vacherie. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday at the 
church, with burial at the church mausoleum.

She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Ronald P. Scioneaux; sons and 
daughters-in-law, Shane Scioneaux and fiancee, Amy Champagne, Jason and Doreen 
Scioneaux; brother, Paul Zeringue; sisters, Elizabeth Zeringue of Plattenville 
and Claire Tassin of Vacherie; grandchildren, Devan, Jamie and Ethan Scioneaux.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Maisy and Lucien E. Faucheux; 
brothers, Lionel Zeringue and Lucien E. Faucheux Jr.

She was a dedicated teacher at St. Joseph Elementary School in Thibodaux for 26 
years.

Landry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
