Martha Sterling					[Photo]

Martha Elizabeth Warnell Sterling, 91, a native of Brunswick, Ga., and resident 
of Houma, died at 6:50 a.m. April 4, 2005.

A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Forest Park Cemetery in 
Houston.

She is survived by two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and four great-
great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Sylvester Sterling; parents, 
Everette Jackson Warnell and Martha Elizabeth Olsen Warnell; daughter, Barbara 
S. Matherne; sisters, Louise Messer, Juanita Wingo and Mabel Ellis.

Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
