Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to noon Monday at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Luling. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at noon Monday at the church, with burial at St. Charles Borromeo cemetery in Destrehan. She is survived by her son, Brian A. Nicholas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jay Baptiste Nicholas; parents, Walter Louis and Cecile Ledet Bergeron; brothers, Joseph, Alfred and Ferdinand Bergeron; and 10 siblings that did not reach adulthood; sisters, Mae Schmill, Marie St. Pé and Edith Schmill. She was a member of the Catholic Daughters of the Sacred Heart Church of Norco, the American Legion Ladies Auxillary and VFW Ladies Auxiliary, both of Luling.
