Eric Mitchell

Eric Malik Mitchell, a stillborn infant, died Feb. 21, 2005, at Chabert Medical 
Center in Houma.

He is survived by his parents, Lakisha Mitchell and Eric Pondexter of Houma; two 
brothers, Zyshonne and Dezona Mitchell; sister, Jakira Walker; grandmothers Lisa 
Harris and Mary Pondexter; step-grandmother Geraldine Mitchell; grandfathers 
Junius Pondexter and Robert Mitchell; step-grandfather Alton Harris; and great-
grandmother Jessie Mae Sylvester of Napoleonville.

He was preceded in death by maternal and paternal great-grandfathers and a 
great-grandmother.

Funeral services were handled by Williams and Southall Funeral Home in 
Napoleonville.
