John Barker Jr.

John S. Barker Jr., 91, a native of Lockport and resident of River Ridge, died 
at 7:20 p.m., Feb. 2, 2005. Visitation will be from 8:30 to 11 a.m. Thursday at 
Falgout Funeral Home in Lockport. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 
at 11 a.m. Thursday at Holy Savior Catholic Church in Lockport, with burial in 
the church cemetery.

He is survived by his son, John S. Barker III and his wife, Suzanne Babin; 
daughter, Susan B. Brock and her husband, Philip Rodney; grandchildren, Allison 
and John B. Barker, Michael and Jennifer Brock, Ellen Haughey, Sally Herderson 
and Anne Chlebos; and eight great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Estelle Blouin Barker; parents, John 
Barker Sr. and Octavia Lejeune Barker; brothers, Warren, Oville, Edward and 
Thomas Barker; and sisters, Irene B. Barrios and Clarabelle B. Herron.

He was a lifetime member of the Knights of Columbus.

Donations to Holy Savior School in Lockport are preferred.

Falgout Funeral Homes in Lockport is in charge of arrangements.
