Joseph Williams Sr.

Joseph "Rizana" Williams Sr., 69, a native of Larose and resident of Golden 
Meadow, died at 9:30 a.m. Feb. 6, 2005.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday at Christian Fellowship Church in 
Larose. A religious service will take place at noon Wednesday at the church, 
with burial in Dardar Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Catherine Roth Williams; sons, Joseph and Henry 
Williams; daughters, Hope Larios and Joan Billiot; sister, Venecia Longboy; a 
niece, Dolores Dardar; 12 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Camille and Leona Dardar Williams; and 
several brothers and sisters.

He was a retired oyster fisherman.

Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
