Katie Moore Bell, 92, a native of Donaldsonville and resident of Napoleonville, 
died Feb. 15, 2005.

Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Luke AME Church in 
Donaldsonville. Religious services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the 
church, with burial at Protestant Cemetery in Donaldsonville.

She is survived by her daughter, Shirley Williams; son, Clarence Bell Sr.; 
stepson, Edward Bell; stepdaughter, Deborah Johnson; 31 grandchildren; 73 great-
grandchildren; and 13 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary Moore; husband, Paul 
Bell Sr.; son, Paul Bell Jr.; daughters, Augustine Donaldson and Marvastine 
Joseph; grandson, Paul Bell III; two sisters; and two brothers.

Williams and Southall Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
