Rita "Aunt Lou" Jouclas Knight, 85, a native of Thibodaux and resident of Houma, 
died at 4:35 p.m. on Saturday Feb. 26, 2005.

Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. today at Falgout Chapel in Houma and from 
8:30 a.m. to funeral time at Tuesday at Annunziata Church. A Mass of Christian 
burial will be celebrated at 10:30 Tuesdaya.m. at the church, with burial at 
Terrebonne Memorial Park.

She is survived by three sons, Allen, Robert of Theriot and Lloyd Knight of 
Houma; daughter, Audrey Clement of Thibodaux; two sisters, Alice Joyce Savoy and 
Leona Leger; numerous nieces, nephews and friends; 12 grandchildren, 20 great-
grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband Andrew Joseph Knight; parents Robert 
and Azalea Theriot Jouclas; and two brothers Chester and Howard Jouclas.

She was a parishioner of Annunziato Church and was a retired cook in the 
Terrebonne Parish school system.

Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
