Rose Callais

Rose Marie Callais, 89, a native of Golden Meadow and resident of Cut Off, died 
at 4 a.m. Feb. 21, 2005.

Visitation will be 9:30 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. A 
Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, 
with burial at Cheramie Cemetery.

She is survived by her daughter, Jean Lafont Cheramie; brother, Ivy Martin 
Callais Sr.; one grandchild; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Callais Sr. and Louise Marie 
Gisclair; four brothers; and four sisters.

Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
