Amy Trahan Price, 84, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Chauvin, 
died Jan. 6, 2005.

Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. today at Knights of Columbus Hall in 
Chauvin. Mass will be at 3 p.m. today at the hall, with burial in St. Elie 
Cemetery in Chauvin.

She is survived by her son, Charles Price; daughter, Betty Lou Billiot; sister, 
Allie Portier; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Adam Price; parents, Alexander and 
Ozilia Pontiff Trahan; brothers, Wallace, George, Anathole, Wilson, Avison and 
Lawrence Trahan; and sisters, Annie Sevin, Mary Price and Odelia Toups.

She was a Baptist. Her hobbies included crocheting, knitting and sewing.

Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
