Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at Harvest Full Gospel Non Denomination Church in Houma. The religious service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the church. She is survived by her mother, Barbara Broussard of Gardena, Calif; daughter, Vernita Jeanjacques Simmons, and husband Jessie Simmons Jr. of Houma; sisters, Katherine Lewis of Raceland, Sheila Small and Barbara Carthern of San Francisco, Marilyn Small of Los Angeles, Andrea Hayson, and Darlene Jackson of Gardena, and Betty Jean of Calif.; brothers, Leon Small and Neil Anderson of Hawthorne, Calif; Billy Small and Edison Small Jr., of Richmond, Calif.; 11 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her father, Edison Small Sr.; sons, Antione Jeanjacques, and Terrez Jeanjacques. She was a member of Harvest Full Gospel Non Denomination Church of Houma. Her hobbies included cooking and traveling. Kennedy Funeral Home of Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
