Carroll Bourgeois

Carroll "Ping" Joseph Bourgeois, 74, a native of Raceland and resident of 
Thibodaux, died at 6:15 a.m. Jan. 5, 2005.

Visitation will be 8 to 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph Co-cathedral in 
Thibodaux. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at 
the church.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Betty Benoit Bourgeois; son, Bartley 
Paul Bourgeois; daughters, Carol Ann Bourgeois Guidry and Beth Bourgeois Pace; 
brother, Lloyd Bourgeois; sister, Linda Bourgeois Zeringue; grandchildren, 
Chalisse, Celeste and Beau Albert, Kaine, Kody and Jordan Pace; and great-
grandchild, Skylar Lagarde.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lucien and Lorraine Guidry Bourgeois.

Donations ot St. Joseph Hospice or another charity are preferred.

Landry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
