Visitation will be 6 to 10 p.m. today at Falgout Funeral Home in Lockport and 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Hilary Catholic Church in Mathews. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, with burial at Holy Savior Cemetery in Lockport. She is survived by her husband, James Folse Sr.; mother, Verna Mae Martin Jones; son, James "Jacques" Folse Jr.; daughter, Cynthia Folse Mire; sisters, Pam Jones Patron, Verna Jones Toups and Gwen Jones Bourgeois; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Dr. Guy R. Jones. She was a founding member of the Bayou Lafourche Folklife and Heritage Museum and a founding member of the Lockport Community Arts Guild. Donations to Holy Savior School or St. Joseph Hospice are preferred. Falgout Funeral Home of Lockport is in charge of arrangements.
