Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Hahnville. A mass of Christian burial will held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with burial at St. Charles Cemetery in Luling. He is survived by two sons, Blaine and Britten Oubre, four brothers, Charles Jr., Gail, Roland, his twin Bernard Oubre, two sisters, Susie Oubre and Sandra Oubre and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Sandra Oubre and parents Charles and Felicie Keller Oubre. He was a parishioner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, served in the U.S. Air Force, was a member of American Legion Post No. 131 of Luling, was a schoolteacher in the St. Charles Public School System, and a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University.
