Jake Clement						[Photo]

Jake Welsey Clement, 17, a native and resident of Thibodaux, died Jan. 28, 2005.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at The House of Prayer United 
Pentecostal Church in Thibodaux. A religious service will be held at 1 p.m. 
Tuesday at the church, with burial at St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux.

He is survived by his parents, Glenn P. and Cheryl Hebert Clement; brother, 
Dylan J. Clement; sister, Misti L. Clement.; and grandparents, Charles Ray 
Hebert, Grace Greco Hebert and Shirly Hymel Clement.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Richard J. Clement.

He loved people and the outdoors.

Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
