Mary Ann Duet						[Photo]

Mary Ann Andras Duet, 74, a native of Thibodaux and resident of Houma, died at 
4:45 p.m. Jan. 14, 2005.

Visitation will be from 5 to 10 p.m. today at Chauvin Funeral Home and from 8:30 
to 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Bridget Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial 
will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the church, with burial in the church 
cemetery.

She is survived by her sons, Jimmie Duet of Mobile, Ala., Michael Duet, Charles 
Duet of Houma, Wayne Duet, Brian Duet and Thomas Duet of Bayou Blue; daughters, 
Kathleen Fonseca, Judy Michelle, Linda Fussell, Beverly Marcel of Bayou Blue, 
Elaine Cortez of Kraemer, Lorraine LeBlanc of Coteau, Mary Gagneaux of Houma, 
Carolyn Duet of Chacahoula, Roberta Jennings of San Antonio, Melissa Duet, Dawn 
Duet of Houma, Annette Hebert of Bossier City, and Tracy Duplantis of South 
Carolina; brother, Herbert Andras of Houma; 40 grandchildren; and 12 great-
grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Preston Paul Duet; her parents, Thomas 
and Argentine Boudreaux Andras; and daughters, Barbara Duet Boudin and Michelle 
Duet.

She was a homemaker and parishioner of St. Bridget Catholic Church.

Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
